Media waits for digital report

The government's vision of Britain's television and internet future will be unveiled on Tuesday in its digital britain white paper.
It has been drawn up by Lord Carter who has reported to want some BBC licence fee money diverted to ITV to help pay for regional news programmes.
Lord Carter is also thought to want the government to get tough on internet file sharing.

We asked Johnathan Phan of the Pirate Party UK why people download pirated content from the internet.
