Madonna uses megaphone to deny rumours

Madonna has been using a megaphone on the set of her new video and shouting out the message to onlooking press that she is not getting divorced.

Despite the media storm about the personal lives of her and New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez, the pop superstar is distracting herself by getting back to work on the video for Give It 2 Me.

And behind the scenes, she's seen smiling and joking, even bursting into song with a megaphone, providing a rare extract of an Evita song.

A spokeswoman for Madonna had reiterated that any talk of her marriage being on the rocks was untrue.

She said: "My husband and I are not planning on getting a divorce.

"I have learned over the years not to take accusations and the many false reports about me very seriously.

"I also appreciate how fiction and fact seem to be perceived as one and the same by people who read both newspapers and the internet."
