The cast of new thriller Eagle Eye has attended its premiere in Hollywood.

Shia LaBeouf was joined by co-stars Rosario Dawson, Michelle Monaghan, Billy Bob Thornton and Michael Chiklis at Mann's Grauman Theatre for the glittering event.

In the film, LaBeouf and Monaghan play two strangers who come together through a series of bizarre phone calls - and this leads them into dangerous situations.

They soon discover they have been framed as terrorists, and that their every move is tracked and controlled.

LaBeouf hoped audiences left cinemas frightened after watching the film, saying: "I hope everybody's scared. I hope everybody walks out terrified."

Eagle Eye will be released in the UK in October.
