Jade: 'I smoked crack'

Jade Goody has made a shock revelation in her new autobiography.

The TV reality star has admitted to smoking crack cocaine in an attempt to shock her mother Jackiey Budden into quitting the deadly drug.

She told a newspaper: "I decided to show her how nasty and heartbreaking it was to see a member of your family - killing themselves in front of your very eyes.

Jade added: "I took some of her crack, put it in Rizla paper to make a joint, and I smoked it. I felt dirty and disgusting."

The former dental nurse has always spoken out against crack and heroin abuse.

Her father was a drug addict until he died in 2005 at the age of 42 from a suspected heroin overdose.

She also admitted to physically attacking her mother when she refused to give up the Class A drug.

Jade, who was diagnosed with cervical cancer last month, recalled the incident in her new book Catch A Falling Star.
