The film about a little girl's abduction considered too sensitive to release in Britain.
It's being greeted with rapturous reviews in America. But the plot of the new film 'Gone Baby Gone' - the abduction of a four-year-old girl - means its release in Britain remains uncertain.
Distributors fear it is too raw a subject while Madeleine McCann is still missing. Directed by Ben Affleck, the movie is being hailed as a triumph that could bring him Oscar recognition on his first outing behind the lens.
But he's backed the decision to pull the film from its planned premiere at the London Film Festival this weekend.
