Tricks of the "viral" trade

Colleges now teach students how to create "virals" - spoof videos and pictures posted on the internet.

A degree in "viral studies" may sound a little uncomfortable, but don't let that put you off. Virals are spoof pictures or video clips - posted on You Tube, for example.

Originally the domain of the cyber-nerd, they have since become an internet phenomenon.

And now universities are getting in on the act. For the first time, lecturers are going into colleges around the country to teach students the tricks of the viral trade.
