Art collecting - no bed of roses

Artist Anya Gallaccio's uses degradable materials such as roses - so recreating her pieces can be very expensive.

Owning a piece of art by Turner Prize-nominated Anya Gallaccio can be frustrating.

Her work is made of degradable materials, so once it rots away all you're left with is a certificate saying you own the intellectual rights.

That allows you to recreate the work whenever you want. And that's exactly what James Hyman has decided to do.
