Angus star's kissing debut

Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging star Georgia Groome had her first ever on-screen kiss with her co-star.

In the movie, her character gets "snogging lessons" before trying her skills out on various boys.

Aaron Johnson plays Georgia's crush Robbie, but he played off rumours that the pair were locking lips off set.

He said: "The way I see it is, that you know, there's three boys and five girls, it was like a playground at first, chemistry flying everywhere, it was a little bit flirtatious."

"I think that's how you get to know people anyway generally. After that, we worked together for quite a while, like five six months and we're like a family, good friends and we have a laugh."

The film is the latest from Bend It Like Beckham director, Gurinda Chadha.

Angus, Thongs and perfect Snogging is released in the UK on July 25.
