Bodyrox feat. Luciana 'Yeah Yeah' (Manifesto)

The phone lines have closed, all the votes are in and more than a few bucket-loads of tears have been shed by everyone involved. So with clammy fists clenched around homemade banners we await the result. And the winners are…Bodyrox! Dance music has a tendency to be a bit faceless and all too often it's more than a little bit rubbish. But the judges and public alike thought this track was neither. In fact, they thought it was brilliant. Thanks to the production skills of Jon Pearn and Nick Bridges and the excellent vocals of Luciana, Bodyrox really are teaching everyone else "a thing or two". There hasn't been a proper dance 'hit' this year, no one has brought anything back from Portugal and no one has remixed anything by Elvis, so we reckon that this may well be 'it'. Plus the video is full of rumpo and a woman in her granny's dress, so that’s all the bases well and truly covered.
