The Visitors are a 4 piece folk rock band from Portsmouth who formed in 2001. Their music comprises lots of catchy sing-along melodies with lyrics that are thoughtful and can be identified with.
Since their early days as an acoustic duo, the band have developed a very unique sound which generally appeals to people of all ages and of different backgrounds and cultures. Never trying to be conformist the band have always thrived on experimenting by openly collaborating with as many different artists as they can and always try to put themselves in a zone open to experimentation and the freedom to be creative. They are no strangers to large live performances having played at many of top venues in london and in the south, and supporting artists such as Ocean Colour Scene, Nizlopi and Roachford to name just a few! Having just finished their first full length album "Eleven", The Visitors are completely ready to show everyone that they are one of the must see festival bands of this summer! |
