Well, I left my job in May 2006 and picked up the guitar. Spent a few months teaching myself to how play it before starting open mic nights in London. Needed to pay the bills so started a new job in January 2006 after being in the wilderness for 7 months. Now I am juggling another crappy job with my music. I write songs on guitar and piano and have no regrets.
To anyone leading a double life for the sake of giving yourself to music or the arts or sports or whatever- I say "I applaud you". C xx
