Architeq is the left hand side of Sam Annand's brain, although it probably has taken a lot more of it up by now.
I produce music with sounds and instruments that interest me, whether it be something familier to a time period, films, something some guy was whistling in cubicle while I'm waiting to take a piss... Anything really.
I'm mainly into create fat and rugged beats with layers of fat old analog and wafery fm synths mixed with splashes of colour from reverb tanks and echo chambers...
I also colaborate a bit with a drummer called Scot Donald, who is the best drum machine a producer could ever ask for (especially one as lazy as yours truely). All you have to do is give him SDTC (Scot Donald Time Code) click track in his ear, roughly murmer what style you fancy and maybe try to make a similar sound with your mouth while pretending to play it and you've got a lush drum track... Nice.
We also do gigs together and its a similar sort of ting...
