Madonna not so sweet on Licorice

Madonna's publicist has denied that the superstar's new album will be called 'Licorice', contrary to reports last week.

The singer, who will record the album on the Warners label before moving to Live Nation, denied that the album will be called 'Licorice' or that it will be in the shops at the end of April, as previously speculated.

"Sirius [the radio station who broke the story] does not know what they are talking about," said Liz Rosenberg, a spokeswoman for Warners label.

"Wrong title. Release date wrong etc."
