Johnny Borrell's Razor-fright

Johnny Borrell is set to star in a scary thriller movie, it has been revealed.

The tight-jean wearing Razorlight frontman will ham it up with Scottish 'Trainspotting' actor Robert Carlyle in Antonia Bird's 'The Meat Trade' which is based on infamous Irish immigrants Burke and Hare who unearthed bodies from their graves for medical research in the 19th century.

The film, which is set in Edinburgh, will be released in 2008.

"I play the boyfriend of the leading lady, who I'm not sure they've actually cast or not. We're filming around Christmas time, or just after. I expect it will be quite fun," said Johnny to Billboard.
