Britney Spears 'rarely engaged with children'

Britney Spears has had her visitation rights with her children cut to twice a week following reports from the parenting coach assigned to monitor her.

The 25-year-old, who was previously allowed to see her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, every other day, will now have access only twice a week under supervision.

In reports leaked to the press, Lisa Hacker, the parenting coach, said that Britney "rarely engaged with her children in either conversation or play" and has a "lack of general attention at times".

She added: "The problem is that unless she realises the consequences of her behaviour and the impact that it has on her children, nothing is going to be successful.

"Many of her interactions with the children are not child-centred. It seems that her choices are dependent more on what she wants to do rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children."

However, Hacker did qualify her remarks by saying that Spears clearly "loves her children".
