Britney's latest driving drama

Britney Spears is in hot water again after a high speed car chase left a paparazzo seriously injured.

The 'Blackout' singer, who is number 13 in the album charts, fled from her Beverly Hills hotel when she saw the photographer's assistant on his motorbike.

Britney and the man - believed to be a 'spotter' (someone who tips off paparrazzi) - collided and the man was knocked off his bike and taken to a nearby hospital.

In other news, Britney has said that she only failed a drugs test this week because of prescription drugs and not because of taking amphetamines as reported.
