Britney takes a shower during interview

Britney Spears gave an exclusive radio interview last night but wandered off for a shower half way through the eight minute chat.

In the radio chat she labelled the media who follow her around as 'cruel' adding, "You just try to keep doing what you do and, as long as you know what's up, what's really true, then that's all that really matters."

On the subject of her ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline, she was asked if she was trying her best to be a good mother but could only manage an "Oh God, yeah" response.

Britney did however reveal that her favourite track on new album 'Blackout' was 'Heaven On Earth' and that she celebrated its release with a night in watching movies and eating fried chicken.

She even answered questions about her love life and the rumour she is dating American Football star Tony Romo, albeit in a brief fashion, by saying she'd never heard of him. It was at this point she went to the shower handing the phone to her stunned assistant to finish the interview.
