Amy Winehouse's husband arrested

Amy Winehouse had another brush with the law yesterday after police arrested her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, following a raid earlier in the day on their home in Camden, North London.

The 24-year-old singer is reported to have been in hysterics, begging officers: "I want to go with him," and repeating, "Baby, I love you. Baby, I'll be fine," as officers led her husband away.

The arrest is not thought to be drug related, but in connection with a case which Fielder-Civil was due to face next week for an alleged assault on a barman over the summer.

Winehouse's legal troubles flared up last month when she was arrested for cannabis possession in Norway, an incident which threatened to cause her troubles securing a US visa.
