Britney Spears is in trouble for crashing in a car park and driving away.

The singer, who has denied that she used a body double in the advert for her new perfume, 'Believe', allegedly hit the car while trying to get away from paparazzi.

The 25-year-old singer, who has not yet been in touch with the owner of the other car, had a puppy in her lap as he drove away from Studio City in California.

The driver, Kim Robard-Rifkin, has filed a police report and said she just wants to get her car fixed.

"It was simply like my car didn't matter to her; my inconvenience didn't matter to her," said Robard-Rifkin to Celeb.TV.com

"I'm not asking for money. I'm not asking for a new car. I simply want my car fixed, the same as I would fix somebody's car if I had done that."
