Foo Fighters emerged uncertainly from the ashes of Nirvana as their former drummer tried to figure out what to do next. For the music-buying public, however, the path was clear as Dave Grohl turned out to be a staggeringly-talented songwriter and forceful frontman in his own right (not to mention being The Nicest Man In Rock (TM)).

To celebrate the release of their sixth studio album, 'Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace', 4Music in dedicating this weekend to celebrating the best rock band in the world (as long as Led Zeppelin don't re-form for good!).
