This was the best thing I have seen on television for a long time: a play for real grown ups. The casting could not have been better and the acting was superb.

I so appreciate your giving airtime to the play and workshop afterwards. Gems like this are few and far between and you are to be congratulated. Thank you.

I had heard of Harold Pinter but never read or seen any of his work so was looking forward to this programme. Unfortunately, I found it hugely disappointing. I didn't find it particularly funny and thought most of the performances (from a pretty stellar cast) very poor. Colin Firth's 'geezer' accent kept slipping as did James Bolam's. All the dialogue was wildly unbelievable unless we were to believe that all the protagonists were drunk!
Still, it is good to see different programmes getting aired and I trust that this will continue on More4.
