Writer, broadcaster and social commentator.

He is perhaps best known as the 'Devil's Advocate'; the name of a current affairs programme he presented for Channel 4 in the mid-eighties.

Other programmes for Channel 4 have included 'White Tribe', 'Who You Callin' a Nigger?' and more recently 'Son of Mine' for More4.

Darcus presents 'Travels With My Camera' on More4, Mon 25 April.
