Should drug addicts be provided with clean surroundings in which they can inject themselves?
It would take addicts and their needles off the streets. As well as reduce infection and overdoses.
So says one influential charity - the Joseph Rowntree Foundation - today.
They already do it in eight other countries. For More4 News Iain Overton has been to Germany to see a drug consumption centre in action.
