Aegis close down website
Fri 7 Apr 2006
The British security company Aegis today won its High Court battle to close down a website run by one of its former employees.
Film of contractors - believed to be Aegis employees - apparently shooting at Iraqi civilians from the backs of their cars appeared on the site last year.
The site's owner, Rod Stoner, is a former Aegis contractor who says he was in the cars when the shots were fired.
The firm, whose contract with the Pentagon in Iraq is worth millions, argues that the site endangers its staff.
Our reporter Nima Elbagir has been following the story and was in court today.
