Jailed Irving speaks

Wed 22 Feb 2006
More4 News talks to the disgraced historian David Irving from behind bars.

David Irving spoke for the first time today since he was sentenced by an Austrian court for Holocaust denial.

In a wide-ranging interview with More4 News, the historian gives his reaction to his three years jail sentence.

On Monday Irving pleaded guilty to charges of denying the Holocaust 17 years ago but he clearly expected a sympathetic hearing. In an earlier More4 interview he said he had already booked his flight home for Monday evening.
