Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses altered states of awareness (hypnosis) to achieve a therapeutic end result.
Hypnotherapy is used to treat a range of disorders and conditions such as phobias, anxiety and insomnia, and can also be helpful in breaking unwanted habits such as smoking and over eating.
