Which handsets can access this site?

No. This website cannot currently be accessed on 3's mobile network.

How do I enable my handset for internet browsing?
While some handsets come pre-configured when you buy them, a lot of handsets need to be manually configured for internet browsing.
The settings you need to configure are specific to your network. And depending on your handset manufacturer they may be located in a different part of your handset's menu. Usually they are included under 'connectivity' or 'internet settings'. Contact your operator for more details:

I've set everything up correctly, How do I access the site?
To access the site, simply text MOBILE to 83188. You will receive a 'WAP push message' which will link you to the site.
Texts will cost your standard network rate.
Please note this service is not available to users on 3's mobile network.

I tried to use the mobile internet and nothing happens apart from error messages. All sites are down. What should I do?
Ensure your settings are correct. Check you have reception, are using the correct network and have entered the url correctly and then try again. If problems persist over time, contact your operator.

How much does it cost to use the Channel 4 Mobile Portal?
Channel 4 does not charge users for accessing the portal. There is premium content available on the site (for example video downloads, ringtones, wallpapers and games), but this will be clearly indicated, you will be told how much each item costs before you decide to buy.
