Late Copy Creative Guidelines
With the ever changing face of online and the reactionary basis on which our business is based, we are continuously faced with new challenges of how to manage site inventory and publishing operations.

One of the most important issues Channel4.com has been presented with, is that of "Late Creative Delivery". Late Creative not only upsets flight scheduling and inventory management but also disrupts campaign delivery and creative performance.

Therefore as of April 1st 2006
All creative correct to Channel4.com must be delivered 5 whole working days before campaign before campaign start date

Penalty Charges will be applied for creatives received after 12.00 on the day before the campaign start date

Channel4 will impose charges that take the form of

FULL COST OF CAMPAIGN INVOICED WITH PAGE IMPRESSIONS PRO RATED DOWN FOR EACH DAY THE CREATIVE IS NOT LIVE

Channel4.com are always striving to provide both clients and agencies with a more accountable and robust service we therefore believe these steps will significantly benefit both agencies and clients now and in the future.

Note - Whilst we appreciate this is a new initiative Channel 4 has agreed to instigate an "evaluation and consideration" period where we will not impose penalties until May 1st 2006, there on the Campaign Management Department will pro rata accordingly.
