Terms and Conditions: Free drive-in films at some of Britain’s grandest outdoor venues and A Free VIP Prize Draw to win an upgraded ‘golden’ ticket
This User Agreement details the terms and conditions governing your entry into the Free Mégane Drive-in ticket and a VIP Prize Draws
The free prize draw is open to all residents in the UK over 18 years of age, except employees of Renault UK Ltd, their relatives, dealers and their agents and anyone else connected to this promotion.
The closing date for each event is 2 days before the screening, or when full capacity has been reached, whichever is sooner. The closing date for the last event is 11th August 2006.
The winner will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator from those entries received from this Promotion. The adjudicator’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All sucessful applicants will be contacted by e-mail prior to the events.
Guests will not be allowed to bring alcohol onto the site nor will alcohol be sold on site. No barbeques or cooking of food will be permitted on site. No pets will be allowed on site.
Should any guests appear to be under the age of the certification of the film, the organisers retain the right to ask for identification and possibly refuse admission.
The organiser reserves the right to change the schedule of the events.
The organiser accepts no responsibility whatsoever for cancellation of the event. Cancellation is at the sole discretion of the organiser.
The prize stated may be changed at Renault’s discretion. No cash alternatives will be available. Full details will be provided to the winner and the prize cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged or amended.
Only one entry per person per car registration. The winners will be responsible for all travel costs to and from the venues.
No purchase necessary.
No responsibility will be accepted for corrupted, incomplete or illegible entries (which may be disqualified) or entries which fail to arrive by the specified closing date.
In entering the prize draw all participants will have deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions.
The winners’ names and home counties will be made available to those people who send a S.A.E after the 11 September 2006 to: Mégane Drive-in Movies Competition, Marketing Communications Department, Renault UK Ltd., The Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire WD3 9YS.
Should the number of vehicles attending any event exceed expectations and be in excess of the limits set to satisfy Health and Safety requirements then the organisers will permit entry on a "first come - first served" basis.
