Kris focuses on the local school. The parents of 167 pupils are invited to discuss the traffic that occurs in front of the school, but only five parents attend the meeting. Kris turns to the children and pester power. The council agree to provide the major employers with vouchers to give out to their employees for free park and ride trips. A publicity budget is also provided.
