About Kristina Murrin

Kris Murrin
Kris Murrin has been at the forefront of innovation and creative problem-solving for over a decade. As a partner at ?What If!, the world's largest specialist innovation and creativity organisation, Kris has paved the way for a fresh and original way of thinking about innovation and creativity in the work place.

As the only company to ever win the Financial Times' prestigious Best Place to Work awards twice, Kris is now in demand to speak about how she sees the workplace of the future.

Kris Murrin
She was educated at Cambridge University, where she read social and political sciences, specialising in child psychology. She worked for several years in marketing before helping to establish ?What If! in the early 1990s. She now splits her time between researching and developing new children's products, and working as a government consultant. She is co-author of Sticky Wisdom and What Worries Parents.

Kris is married with three children and loves to travel with the family. She had lived in four countries by the age of 12 and the travel bug stuck – she has canoed down the Amazon, walked to Everest base camp and raced in some of the toughest yacht races in the world.

More recently, Kris has presented Honey We're Killing The Kids for the BBC. In this series, Kris provides a unique opportunity for parents to fast-forward into their children's future and actually come face to face with them in middle age.Kris uses her experience as a leading authority on child development and family psychology to guide parents on how to set their children on the right path.

In October of 2005 Kris was appointed by the Minister for Education to The Board of Schools Food Trust in recognition of her work bringing Jamie Oliver's vision for school diners to the political agenda.
