Campaigning
Kris consulted local council experts who gave more details about congestion situations and unwitting perpetrators in each of the traffic blackspots. Using sophisticated computer simulations of the traffic, the experts predicted increased traffic and certain gridlock for the future.

The facts were clear. Traffic levels peak during the school run and at lunchtime as employees from local businesses popped to town in their cars.
