Where to Recycle
Don't know where you can recycle? Your local council will provide a doorstep recycling service but what you can and can't recycle varies from council to council. There are also many local recycling points where you can recycle on the go.

Give it Away for Free
Of course, rather than just throwing it away you could give it away for free. Charity shops are always on the look-out for donations. From cars to half-used tins of paint, shelves to kids toys, there are now a few growing networks of people that advertise stuff they want to give away for free (although you may have to collect it) via the Internet.
