VEE-TV celebrates Asian culture
In this week's show we celebrate the Bengali New Year at the Baishakhi Mela in Brick Lane, London. Ahmed successfully manages to lose the girls, and heads out to find out what's on offer at the festival, road testing the curries, getting some mehendi and making a new friend on the way!
We gain some insight into Asian Culture, meeting some parents-to-be, a badminton player, a fashion designer and an artist, and find out just what their culture means to them.
The Tartan Turban, Hardeep Singh, pops by for a chat – and gives us the lowdown on how he created "Meet the Magoons" and what it's like to be a Sikh comic in the mainstream comedy circuit.
