The 2005 Nokia Urban Music Festival with The Prince's Trust played to a 16,000-strong crowd at London's Earl's Court on Saturday 16 April.

Film star and top DJ Will Smith lit up Earl's Court along with the likes of DJ Jazzy Jeff, MTV presenter and rapper Xzibit and the legendary De La Soul. There was plenty of homegrown talent too, with the fabulous London girl Estelle, Craig David, Keisha White, Javine and loads more!

There's masses of info about the festival and all the artists at the Urban Music Festival site.

VEE-TV went along with the team behind Deaf Rave, who road-tested the workshops.

Deaf Rave is coming soon! – and we've got two tickets to give away.

The Prince's Trust
All profits from the Urban Music Festival go to the Prince's Trust, which was set up by Prince Charles, and aims to help young people aged 14–30 overcome barriers and make their lives work. The Trust offers fun and free activities and ways to learn new skills, and could even help you start your own business.
