Insert director

Life motto:
'There's something out there waiting for us, and it ain't no man.'

Which single object could you not live
without?
My laptop at home, with its wi-fi broadband connection. I spend too much
time on it though.
Who would you choose to star in your
life story?
Talk about a difficult question! I've narrowed it down to a shortlist
of three. Alain Delon (as he looked in 1959); Carlos Bernard (Tony Almeida
in 24, just because); or Dame Judi Dench (about time someone gave her
a challenging role to play …)
If E.T. knocked on your door, holding
up a peace sign, and asked to use your phone, what would you do?
Lend him my mobile phone, then kidnap him and hide him in my bedroom,
writing a blockbuster film script about the whole experience to pay off
the ensuing mobile phone bill.
What is the best thing about VEE-TV for you?
The people I work with every day. A lovely bunch of people and no mistake.
(OK, where's my fiver?)
If you could make a film about anything for
VEE-TV, what would it be?
A six-part history of the SAS, complete with big-budget Black Hawk
Down-style dramatic reconstructions and a host of big-name stars
playing the lead roles. Erm … can't think how that's deaf-related,
but there you go.
What is your long-term aim?
To break into mainstream TV and filmmaking, at the same time helping other
deaf people to succeed in the industry.
