story?
Let's wait till I'm dead and see who's around.
If E.T. knocked on your door, holding up a
peace sign, and asked to use your phone, what would you do?
I'd tell him to put his illuminated finger somewhere that the scientists
couldn't find it. I'm a busy man, got no time for big-headed alien film-stars
who can't send their own texts!
What is the best thing about VEE-TV for you?
The amount of new and strong deaf talent we are able to produce and support.
What is your long-term aim?
I have many, but my main one is to see deaf theatre and film recognised
as a genre in its own right – in the same way as any foreign-language
films would be regarded.
