Sign singer and dancer Riccardo Weare was the winner of
the s2003 Deaf Idol, the deaf version of Pop Idol.
Since then Riccardo has appeared many times on television and on stage.
His biggest achievement to date was his appearance at the Bristol Festival
in July 2004, performing to an audience of 50,000.
Charly Arrowsmith was a runner-up in Deaf Idol
2003. She recently graduated from Reading University.
Charly has performed on stage on many occasions, most notably at Deaf
Rave. Like Riccardo she appeared at the Bristol Festival with the Deaf
Rave crew in 2004.

Many of you will also remember Charly from last year's RUSH in VEE-TV
– she played the role of Teresa.
