Hi there everyone
Well, here we are
at last in Singapore! My god it is sooooooooo hot and humid, I will never
ever complain about the cold in England again – it is unbearable
here! We are staying in a luxury hostel where we share our bunkbeds with
all kinds of insects and there is a hose pipe as a shower! It all sounds
horrible but in reality it is not, it is really turning out to be an enjoyable
experience. Don't ask why, maybe because it is just so different here.
Oh yeah, the toilet basins are extremely low – I feel like I have
to kneel down to pee!
Today we have been
wandering the streets of Singapore like a bunch of zombies! Without any
sleep for 48 hours we were pretty wasted, but feel fit and revitalised
after a few hours sleep now. Singapore is not that expensive but there
isn't much to do here either!
