Episode 4

There's going to be a party after the BSL march, hosted by the college, and all the students are involved. Michael asks Mel about her absences from college but she refuses to account for herself. Mel decides to blow the whistle on her married ex-boyfriend by ringing his wife and is very distressed when his wife doesn’t understand her speech. She follows this by causing a scene at college, insulting Michael and all the students – and publicly, drunkenly rejecting everything about Deaf culture.
