Kerry

Kerry made her first appearance in RUSH 3, as a lapdancer in Casey's club. Casey asked her to look after Mel when she first came to work there.

Kerry is played by Alison Hinds, who trained at The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.

'Kerry is an addictive personality,' says Alison. 'She becomes dependent on almost everything and everyone she encounters. She seems to have little self-respect or self-esteem and huge bravado. She is trying to escape her past. She has never felt accepted by her family, and I think this provides the impulse for most of her actions. She is utterly hedonistic and vibrant – an anarchist with a good heart. I enjoyed playing her immensely.'

Alison plans to take a teacher training course in drama at The Central School of Speech and Drama and also to develop her experience as a professional actor.
