With your boyfriend, flutter your eyelashes and say: 'You know I only argue with you because I care about you...'
To end an argument, just throw in some Latin, French or Greek phrases and they can't answer back.
Refuse outright to admit you are wrong.
With your mum – don't even bother. Mum's always right!

Bring your latest girlfriend home every two weeks to clean up.
Always keep a night free for girly gossip and a few drinks.
Avoid piles of washing – eat out of a tin.
Put a sign up on your cupboard – 'Cupboard pickers have bigger knickers' – guaranteed to deter the worst nibbler!
Keep the TV on the sports channel at all times – unless VEE-TV is on, of course!
