About the Video

Eight 18-year olds went into the Big Brother house for 10 days
last summer. They had to live and work together. They learned to
know and respect each other. They also learned about themselves.
Your students will already know the housemates. Caroline, Shaneen, Tommy, Hasan, Tracey, James, Paul and Jade have given rise to hours of chat. But your students still don't know the full story.
In this version for the classroom there's no sex and no swearing. Instead there's a lot more discussion and a lot more doing. There's participation and opting-out. There's success and failure. There's getting on and there are rows. There's purposeful activity and reflection. There's also the 'expert' psychologist. Is he right or wrong?
This resource can be used for whole-class, small group or individual work.
