 
Hasan's Four Wives
The girls were shocked to hear Hasan's religion allows him to have more than one wife...
While chatting in the garden this evening, the housemates discovered they had very different views on marriage. Shaneen first asked Hasan if his religion dictates that he has to marry a Muslim woman.
He politely informed her that as a Muslim man, he is free to marry a woman from any religion, but a Muslim woman must marry a Muslim man.
"Are Muslim men allowed more than one wife," asked Tommy, with a grin. Hasan explained that as a Muslim, he is free to marry several women if he wishes.
"But if you have four wives then you have to treat them with equal respect," continued Hasan. Tracey was clearly horrified at the thought and wasn't afraid to show it. "Four wives? Shut up!" she shouted. "That's disgusting, that is."
Although Shaneen's reaction was less hostile, she too was appalled at the idea of a man having several wives. "I'd never share my husband with anyone else," she said.
Tracey was not only happy to share her views on multiple marriages, she also told the housemates what she'd do if she discovered her husband had another wife.
"I'd find out where she lived, bang the door down and break her legs," she stated.
Once again, it was up to maternal Shaneen to give a more considered view on the subject. "I believe that when you're in love with someone, the thought of being with someone else just doesn't cross your mind," she said.
Even Hasan couldn't argue with that...
