The Producers' Market brought together a range of local producers from across Yorkshire, all offering home-made,home-grown or home-reared food and drink. They offered inspirational cookery demonstrations and tutorials at the Deliciouslyorkshire Cookery Theatre, hosted by cookery writer and chef, Elaine Lemm.
