Free-range Tamworth pork, from which we produce ham, bacon, sausages including additive-free, gluten-free gourmet sausages Lleyn cross sheep, grazed on our upland, coastal pastures which gives the lamb and mutton a unique slightly salty flavour and succulent texture.
During periods of slow grass growth, lambs are fed on home grown barley and beans.
Scottish Luing and Luing cross cattle provide field raised veal. The exquisite rose veal comes from grass grazed calves which remain in the open with their mothers and the herd.
Only during the adverse weather of the winter months are the cattle housed in open straw bedded shed.
