Scotland's debut and sell-out Taste Festival in 2007 is returning on 29 May – 1 June 2008. Taste of Edinburgh will be hosting over 20 of the city's top restaurants in the glorious surrounds of The Meadows.

Restaurants including Michelin starred Martin Wishart, award-winning Dakota and Forth Floor at Harvey Nichols will be serving up signature dishes in sample sizes and entertaining visitors over the four days.

This year's fantastic features will include the Taste Kitchen where you will find your favourite chefs and food writers running fabulous demonstrations and tastings celebrating the very best of Scottish food. On the Food and Whisky School you will be able to watch and interact with leading industry whisky experts and taste a variety of Scottish whiskies.

Visitors are advised to book early as tickets will sell out.
