The Food and Whisky School offered the chance to take part in a range of activities including watching Celebrity chefs cooking their interpretations of Edinburgh's Signature Dish with the dish's creator, Scottish Food Scholarship winner Jamie Wakeford.

It also brought together leading industry whisky experts who guided you through a wide variety of Scottish whiskies, with plenty of opportunities for tastings and questions/critiquing.
