As well as offering up great-tasting dishes, top chefs were happy to share their culinary expertise with you in the Taste Theatre in 2008. Chefs such as Martin Wishart, Roy Brett and Tony Singh were there, together with celebrity chefs including Andrew Fairlie, Nick Nairn, Tom Kitchin, Antony Worrall Thompson and Lady Claire Macdonald, who were all cooking up a storm using the very best of Scottish food.
