At the exclusive Laurent-Perrier Champagne Masterclass guests experienced champagne pairings with some unique dishes prepared by the people behind Le Caprice, J Sheekey, The Ivy and Scott's restaurants. Guests indulged in the elegance of Laurent-Perrier champagnes and learnt how they compliment dishes such as Cumbre oysters (from an Island off the West Coast of Scotland) and Nevess Scottish Smoked Salmon.
